The European Union and the national legal orders have undergone far-reaching coupling within the framework of EU. The EU institutions’ activity and the legislative dynamism prove the scale of integration ambitions that the EU sets for itself and wants to embody. At the same time, as the analysis presented in the book shows, it causes tensions in relations between the Union and the Member States, which affect the perception of the latest phase of the evolution of European integration.
